OUR MISSION
Tsaleach Foundations is a humanitarian organization with a mission to secure a prosperous future for children and young adults , especially the underprivileged in society, through the following means:
Tsaleach Empowerment programs for people living in foster homes, to enable them maximize and fully enjoy life. Special focus is on programs that prepare and empower them against remaining at the receiving end of existence. This is because, we believe life is a product of giving and receiving, while existence is the consequence of receiving without giving.
Tsaleach Educational Scholarship program provides and facilitates financial support for the education of brilliant students who are financially disadvantaged.
Tsaleach Enterprenuership program provide small capital, mentoring and training small skill business people and promoting culture of wealth creation.
The right institutions will have the opportunity to gain mutually beneficial and close affiliation with Tsaleach foundation; to complement their efforts by offering information-based programs and materials.

KAISER OBODAI TORGBOR
Kaiser Obodai Torgbor has over 10years in ministry,he is the founder of The Direction and Prayer Works Network , which are both online ministry impacting generations globally. He is also the founder of Tsaleach Foundation, a non profit humanitarian organization that seeks to secure a prosperous future for underprivileged children and young adults through various programs and initiatives.
He is the author of key transformational books including ‘Pegs and Tents’ and ‘101 Impact Capsules’.
Kaiser is also a prolific speaker, tech expert and a teacher prophet by calling. He is an in-depth teacher, and preacher of the Gospel, and his ministry is marked by intense faith-based, results-oriented prayers, authentic prophetic ministrations and pragmatic steps to Christian stewardship. He is also a leadership and life coach whose ministry has successfully impacted people from various countries like Ghana, USA, South Africa, Zimbabwe ,Jamaica,London and Spain.
He is happily married with a lovely family.
ENID CHARIS TORGBOR
Enid Charis Torgbor is the co-founder and administrative head of Tsaleach Foundation. She is a woman of diverse talents who thrives on creativity and continuous learning.
She holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in English and French from University of Cape Coast, Ghana, and a Master of Science degree in Health Informatics Administration from University of Maryland Global Campus, United States.
She is very passionate about education, technology and healthcare; an avid reader, a writer, occasionally a poet, and a serial entrepreneur. She is happily married to her best friend, and loves listening to podcasts.
JEFFERY A NTORINKANSAH
Jeffery Ntorinkansah is the managing partner of TRENIL GHANA, a Project Value-chain Development Firm part of a Global network of companies into Resource Exploration & Value Chain Management with interest in Logistics & Commodity Trade.
He is the Vice-President of the COMMODITY BROKERS ASSOCIATION OF GHANA, (CBAG), a Trade Network organisation deepening the access to market opportunity for commodity value chain actors through the empowerment of the commodity value chain.
Jeffery is also a founding Member of the COMMODITY BROKERS ASSOCIATION OF WEST AFRICA (CBAWA)
He is the Country Cordinator for CITIZENS IMPACT INITIATIVE(CII), a community action-based organisation championing the campaign for Sustainable Development by contributing to the actualisation of the Global Development Goals at the Metropolitan, Municipal & District Level.
ELI AHU
ELI AHU is the Managing Director of Trafix Catering Services, One of the Leading Contract Catering Companies in Ghana.
Having mastered the Tourism and Hospitality industry through direct, hands-on training and service and also being An astute Entrepreneur he has gone to become the Founder of the OREL JUICE FACTORY which has as its core mandate the production of Fresh Pineapple Juice .
He holds a Law Degree (LL.B) from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and also Bachelors Degree in Information Studies & Philosophy from the Univeristy of Ghana, Legon

BEATRICE OBOSHIE
Beatrice Oboshie da SILVEIRA is the CEO and the Co-founder of MadeTea Enterprise. She has been an entrepreneur for about 5 years and her entrepreneurial skills really came to the fore right when Covid-19 brought its ugly head out: there came MadeTea Enterprise.
MadeTea Enterprise currently focuses on Children Clothing, Beauty Products and Bakeries. In a not too distant future, this company aims to expand its wings into Real Estates and Fitness.
Beatrice holds an HND in Purchasing and Supply from Accra Polytechnic.
When she’s not baking or adding the final touches to an order to be delivered, Beatrice is actively looking for the next item that will take the market by storm. In addition to that, her spare time is dedicated to her beautiful family, as she’s married with a wonderful baby boy.
